After you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process it and prepare it for shipment.

Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey to your doorstep.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We consider an order delayed if it has been in transit for over 45 days. In such cases, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you bought! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate the process.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged product and shipping box. We will offer a full refund or a free replacement for badly damaged items.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, swimwear, and undergarments may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue. Please check the product description for any final sale notices.
