By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Return Policy Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact us at contact@everglamvibe.com.

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, damaged item, etc.).
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos of the item and its packaging.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@everglamvibe.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For items that are confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a free replacement of the same item. We may not require you to return the damaged item, but we will require photographic evidence.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry
  • Swimwear and undergarments
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

5. General Returns (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return an item because you've changed your mind or it wasn't what you expected, you are welcome to do so within the 30-day window, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria in Section 1.

Please note that for general returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit/Debit Card). Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, typically within 5-10 business days.


7. Exchanges

The fastest and most efficient way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new, separate order for the correct item. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return process to be completed. We do not offer direct exchanges.
